Valo & Varjo jewelry

Valo means light and varjo shadow. The arrangement of curved elements create an interesting play of light and shadow. The necklaces and earrings are like lightweight wearable sculptures. Valo & Varjo collection received FORM 2018 Design Award by the German Association of Arts and Crafts. A curly birch version was added to the collection in 2021.

Light plays with shadow
like cheerful children.
In light and on the edge of shadow
we are searching our happiness
under the sky, on the ground.
