Feuerbacher 3415659-9 sells products to private persons in Finland and abroad. We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices. All prices include the VAT.

Shipping
The orders are sent through the Finnish Postal Office (Posti) and will be shipped in 2-5 working days. In Finland you can also choose Matkahuolto as a shipping option or you can pick up your order from Koivisto Studio, Kalliolantie 99, Karkkila. All orders are shipped with the tracking information, you get the tracking number via your e-mail once the order has been shipped. When orders are shipped, it takes 2-4 work days to arrive in Finland. It takes 4-14 work days for delivery in other European countries depending on the country.

Refund
If for some reason you are not satisfied with the item you have purchased, you can return your order within 14 days of delivery. All of the returned items must be in the same condition and in the original packaging as they were when purchased. Koivisto Studio avoin yhtiö is not responsible for packages mailed back to us, therefore we suggest that you use a trackable mail service when returning an order. Before sending any returns, contact us by email info@koivistostudio.fi.
After we have received the returned products and checked that the products meet all requirements, we will return the sum of the order. Refund times depend on your credit or debit card company. Finnish law will be applied to all disputes arising under this User Agreement. All disputes arising under this agreement which cannot be solved by mutual agreement, shall be solved in the District Court of Western Uusimaa Nyland.
